“The Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Commerce UK has been set up to support and assist Turkish Cypriot and Turkish speaking businesses in the UK.”

Set out below are the benefits and support which the Chamber will provide members from now!

• Impartial banking advice/benefits
  The collective experience of members of the CTCC both through professional members and business owners will provide a practical service enabling members to consider the banking and lending options available to them.

• Legal advice/seminars
  Up to date advice on commercial matters ranging from commercial property (including landlord and tenant issues), commercial service/supply agreements, employment, licensing, health and safety etc.  The CTCC will provide seminars on particular and topical issues from time to time which will allow members to be aware of legislative changes which affect their businesses.
• Directory in Chamber's circular and website
  A list of all members and their businesses will be available to all other members and will be set out in the circular and website.  This will not only provide members with contact details of other members in their industry but will also promote cross selling and other benefits.
• Networking
  The CTCC has the ability put Turkish Cypriot and Turkish speaking businesses in touch not only with each other, but also with other organisations and individuals which may not have otherwise been available.

• Recruitment
  The CTCC's website and circular will offer members the ability to advertise recruitment opportunities.

• Accounting advice/seminars
  Practical assistance on accounting and book keeping procedures and issues will be available to members through existing professionally qualified members.  Seminars will be provided to ensure that members have the benefit of being aware of budgetary and other fiscal changes.

• Seminars/conferences
  In addition to the legal and accounting seminars the CTCC will provide seminars on all kinds of practical business related issues which affect members from time to time.  Examples of this include amendments to food hygiene regulations, supply arrangements, import/export regulations, shipping etc.

• Annual Industry Awards
  The CTCC intends to highlight and celebrate the continued business successes of the Turkish Cypriot and Turkish speaking community in the UK by hosting an annual awards ceremony.

• Social Functions
  The CTCC recognises that many business related contacts are made and improved through less formal social events.  The CTCC will therefore arrange and host events designed to promote this interaction amongst members.

• Self promotion, design & marketing advice
  The CTCC will work towards providing a service to assist members in promoting and advertising their businesses by providing experienced marketing advice from professionals in the marketing industry and, at a practical level, from existing members with experience in this field.
